• Only individuals belonging to the Meena Samaj are permitted to submit profiles.

• Profiles may be created by: Self, Parents, or Legal guardians.

• Users must be 18 years or above.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of the information submitted. The Platform does not verify claims related to:

• Identity and Age

• Education and Income

• Marital status

• Gotra or family background

Note: Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information is the sole responsibility of the submitter.

The Platform does not guarantee match suitability, marriage success, compatibility, or responses from other users. Listing a profile on ISM does not ensure marriage or direct contact.

All profiles are subject to manual admin review. The Platform reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, hide, or remove any profile without assigning any reason. Approval does not imply verification or endorsement.

By submitting a profile to ISM, users explicitly consent that:

1. Submitted details may be publicly visible.

2. Data may be viewed, copied, or contacted by third parties.

3. Photos may be displayed on the Platform.

4. The Platform is not responsible for the misuse of publicly visible information.

Any communication between parties happens outside the Platform. ISM and its hosts are not responsible for:

• Phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or meetings.

• Disputes or financial dealings.

• Emotional, social, or legal consequences.

• Basic data is stored for operational purposes only.

• No guarantee is given regarding data permanence, backup duration, or retrieval after deletion.

• The Platform may delete inactive or old profiles without notice.

Users may request profile removal via official contact channels. Removal requests are processed at the Platform’s discretion. The Platform is not liable for cached, copied, or externally stored data.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fake profiles or identity theft.

• Dowry demands.

• Abusive, casteist, or defamatory content.

• Sexual or obscene material.

• Political, religious, or promotional misuse.

• Reposting others’ data without consent.

The Platform, its owners, developers, and hosting entity:

• Are not liable for disputes, harassment, fraud, cheating, or criminal acts.

• Are not responsible for marriage outcomes.

• Shall not be held accountable for any loss, damage, or harm.

• All risks lie entirely with the users.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless govevents.in, ISM admins, developers, and partners from any claims, legal actions, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform.

• Modifications: The Platform reserves the right to modify features, change layouts, or discontinue service without notice.

• No Paid Obligation: Currently, the ISM service is free. Introduction of paid features in the future is at the Platform’s discretion.

• Intellectual Property: Website design and code belong to govevents.in. User content remains user-owned but licensed for display.

• Termination: The Platform may block or restrict access without notice or liability.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction shall be limited to courts in India only.

Final Authority

The Platform’s decision in all matters related to content, removal, and interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding.
